Finally I made my courage to go to see the dentist to do my whitening teeth.
My appointment is set on next Thursday afternoon. Today went for checkup before we start the procedure.
Doctor ask me when my last visit.... Haaaa.... I told him 5 to 6 years since I remove my braces. He quite shock saying me should visit dental very 6mths time.
He told me my right lower wisdom teeth abit decay may need some treatment.So today he charge me to wash and polish teeth plus some treatment to strengthen my teeth all $150. I really don like to wash teeth at dental cause the sound reAlly made me scare and the pain like a screw drilling to your heart.
Lucky this doctor skill is so far so good. The pain is still bearable. I remember last time I every mth had to go treatment for my braces I feel so scare cos I know I will undergo pain everytime wash my teeth.
The teeth whitening on site plus the maintainence kits is 1000+300=$1300. ... I'm so excited and donoe what the result after it.
